Snow! I'm expecting you!
Was saying Yesterday
To Somebody
That you were due--
(after Emily's poem, 1035,
Bee! I'm expecting you!)
It's been impossibly blue and beautiful here lately. I know the snow is coming, that this can't last . . .
These are photos from my daily dog walk. I love these sycamore trees, and I love staring at the water, any water, creeks, rivers, lakes, the sea . . .
We have been having the same weather, which I mostly also experience through my dog walks and from the car window driving to and from Jane's school. After the last several dreadful winters, I am truly hoping the mild (I mean it's sort of wintry) season continues. It would be a great blessing if it would. I love seeing the photos. Outside my office window on this pitch-black (kind of getting dark blue) morning, it's raining heavily and persistently. Time to walk the dogs. Sorry, dogs. They hate the rain. Curtis
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely pair of photos -- watery and wobbly, then tangled and complicated... all up against that great blue clarity of the days.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom.
ReplyDeleteI love photographing water.
It's been so long since I've taken any photos, and lately I've started up again . . .
And yes, the winter has been mild so far, Curtis. But I think we are going to see winter again soon!
