Well, you could always try (cheerful, encouraging tone, slightly false but doing your best to sound convincing):
"Hey! Come on, guys, It's for your own good! You'll enjoy once we get going... I promise."
Or (brusque and to the point):
"I hate it too, but we're doing it anyway and that's that."
