And lo, I have loitered in the shadows even as the richorexics of all nations and generations were removed by paramedics from some of the most celebrated restaurants on earth, suffering from sheer surfeit of exquisite food and drink -- the first step.
And I have seen them sitting up in the back of the ambulances, attempting to "laugh it off..."-- step two.
