I seem to be missing something, my 91 year old mother said on the phone this AM.
It seems most of the excitement is about her babies.
Yep, she has lots of babies, even a genetically challenged baby. (Is that the politically correct way to describe it?).
My mother, a dairy farmer paused. Then commented in her typical style.
Even the heifers can do that.
We had a five-legged calf once.
We kept it, too.
He appreciated his newfound clarity and heightened awareness. “He told me
how good an orange tasted once he got clean,” St. Roman said. “He realized
he’d been missing a lot of things.”

Every time I stop in here, you are saying something brilliant.
Hello, Nin. I just discovered Why They Grow Wings and would love to set up an interview with you on my Poetic Asides blog (at http://blog.writersdigest.com/poeticasides). However, I don't see a good way to contact you via e-mail. Could you, perhaps, contact me at robert.brewer@fwpubs.com so that I can give you more details? Thanks! Robert
