A parochial school education prepared me for understanding this.
Though the nuns never thought to work in the detail that St. Joseph stayed so... cool? is that the word?...because he came from the Antarctic.

And I didn't realize until recently that people took the virgin birth story literally. I am having some trouble with this idea. I suppose I am losing faith in my fellow Americans . . .
